We work hard to make sure that we take care of all of our pets here at Bulloch County Animal Shelter & Animal Control. Having the public volunteer and help us by giving their time to help in socializing our animals or by donations to help ease off the financial cost we face daily to give these babies the proper care provided is always welcomed and very appreciated!
While hot and humid weather is typical for us during June, July, August and early September. Daytime temps will reach into the upper 90s to 100 creating extreme heat index. Depending on where you are they can reach up to 105-115.
BE SURE PETS HAVE PLENTY OF WATER AND HAVE A PLACE IN THE SHADE, IF NOT A COOL LOCATION INDOORS!!!
NEVER LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED IN VEHICLES!!
